Pre-Application Consultation – Summer 2025

Mynydd Bedwellte Wind Farm is classed as a Development of National Significance (DNS) – a type of planning application for a large infrastructure project of national importance. For that reason, the planning application process will be dealt by Planning and Environment Decisions Wales (PEDW), on behalf of the Welsh Government.

We held our Pre-Application Consultation from 30 June to 11 August 2025. Following this, we are refining the plans and we will be submitting a planning application to Planning and Environmental Decisions Wales in early 2026.
